EMPLOYEES: The school office will be open Monday, June 1, through Friday, June 12, 2009 from 7:30am until 2:00pm. The office will close June 15, 2009 through July 25, 2009, however phone messages and mail will be checked weekly. The office will open again on Monday, July 28, 2009 and nine-month employees will report for a faculty orientation on Monday, August 10, 2009.
STUDENTS: Students in grades 1-8 will begin school on Tuesday, August 11, 2009. Arrival and departure time will be 8:05am until 12:00pm for August 11 only. The first full day of classes for students in grades 1-8 will be Wednesday, August 12, 2009 from 8:05am - 2:50pm. The first full day of classes for Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten will be Monday, August 17, 2009. Buses will begin transporting students on Tuesday, August 12 in the morning only. Beginning Wednesday, August 12, the buses will transport students in the morning and afternoon. Our new Pre-K3 program will begin on Wednesday, August 19, 2009.
PARENT ORIENTATION: Orientation for parents of all students enrolled at St. Joseph Catholic School will be Tuesday, August 11, 2009 at 5:30pm in the school cafeteria. We would like only parents to attend this orientation. St. Joseph Catholic School will be closed on the following days during the 2009 - 2010 school year:
The last day of school for the 2009-2010 School Year will be Friday, May 28, 2010. |
